So my son is getting a mohawk

It was my idea, actually.  He’d asked me if he could dye his hair jet black and purple for the summer, so I suggested he go all the way and get a mohawk, too.  What the heck, right?  It’s just hair and it’s not like he’s going to be working this summer.  I figure he might as well get it out of his system now while he doesn’t have to look normal.   So today we did step 1, 1st bleaching of his hair.  We’ll be re-bleaching it again on Thursday since, after an hour with the bleach on, he ended up more yellow than white.  It has to be MUCH lighter to take the blue dye, so round two will come then.  Friday or Saturday we’ll add the blue, then the black, then take him to get it cut by a professional.  This mom doesn’t touch scissors.
